Leader In Training (LIT) Specialty Camp Program

For Campers who have completed 7th - 11th grades.

LITs help maintain group control, create a safe environment, and assist in activities while putting their leadership skills into practice. LITs assist training counselors with groups Pre-K to 3rd grade.

This program is approved for Montgomery County, Howard County and Prince George’s County student service learning hours as required for High School graduation. Teens have also used this type of leadership experience to put on applications to such organizations as the National Honor Society and various colleges.

*Please be sure both you and your child sign the conduct agreement in the application, and return it to Camp Sonshine. We require a signed conduct agreement for each child currently in 6th grade or above.
