Campers who have completed 1st and 2nd grades

Explorer campers enjoy a safe and active outdoor program in which they encounter new and unforgettable adventures. Children have the opportunity to tailor their own fun as they choose from a variety of exciting options to enrich their camp experience. Campers also get to enjoy the following activities:

• Riding go-karts
• Practice their aim at archery (for campers just completing 2nd grade)
• Paddling in canoes
• Swimming (at local pools)
• Cooking outdoors at Forest Ranger
• Discovering natural wonders at Natural Sciences
• Creating masterpieces at Kraft Kraze
• Dream and imagine at Stage It
• Learning at Bible Discovery Time
• Playing fair at Sports and Water Games
• Zooming down the toboggan run on a sled
• Great theme days
• And so much more

Campers are grouped by grade. In 2nd grade, campers are also group by gender.

Latestay

Latestays are a great opportunity for our younger campers to experience the thrill of being a ‘big kid’: rolling along on our tractor ride, toasting their own marshmallows, making yummy s’mores (after dinner of-course), and like the name suggests, staying here at camp until really late (8 PM)! Latestays take place during weeks 2, 4, 5, and 7. Give us a call and we will be happy to tell you more about our popular Latestays.
