Registrations and cancellation policies are by child, not by family.
*There is a $35 fee charged for returned checks.

Policy	Explanation	Dates	Financial Information
Session/Program exchange	Example: Changing from session one to session three, if there is space. Changing programs, or changing location (i.e., from Silver Spring location to Wilderness program).	Nov. 9 to April 4	No charge!
Session/Program exchange		After April 4	$35 administrative fee per camper per transaction

Canceling a session	Canceling one or more sessions while retaining others. All cancellations must be in writing. Please note that having a sibling on the waiting list is not cause for a refund. No refunds for canceling Spring Break Camp after February 29, 2008.	Nov. 9 to April 4	$40 administrative fee per camper per session canceled.
		April 4 to May 16	50% of all fees due will be charged. Any amount paid over this will be credited.
		After May 16	THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR SUMMER SESSIONS OR NINTH INNING AFTER MAY 16. Please note that summer school is not cause for a refund.

Canceling everything (per camper)	Canceling everything you have been registered for. All cancellations must be in writing. Please note that having a sibling on the waiting list is not cause for a refund.	Nov. 9 to April 4	All fees paid are returned except the $150 non-refundable deposit per camper.
		April 5 to May 16	50% of all tuition fees due will be charged. Any amount paid over this amount will be credited.
		After May 16	THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 16. Please note that summer school is not cause for a refund.

Final payment deadline	Due date for all fees.	April 4	Balance of tuition and all other fees due (including convenience options). Any registrations received on or after April 4 must be accompanied by payment in full.

Multi-session/ sibling discount	Signing up for three or more sessions total of camp, whether for one child or multiple children. Does not include Ninth Inning or Spring Break Camp.	Any time	One-time $ 100 discount. MAXIMUM DISCOUNT OF $ 100.00 PER FAMILY PER SUMMER.

Sickness / school extension policy	Absence of more than four consecutive days due to illness or school being extended.	During Camp	Camp will credit for the days missed after, but not including, the first four days when requested in writing and accompanied by a doctor's note / school note.

Waiting List	Applicable only to children on the waiting list. Does not apply to enrolled siblings.	Any time	If child is unable to enroll, or is withdrawn from the waiting list, all payments are returned. Payment is not processed unless camper is enrolled. Please note that having a sibling on the waiting list is not cause for a refund.

Convenience Options	Credit for Latestays, Overnighters, Extended Care, and Transportation.	Until Session Begins	Fees will be credited if the service is canceled before the session begins. If canceled during session, there is no refund. Please note that bus transportation is guaranteed available until April 25.

Soccer Stars	Credit for Soccer Stars one-day clinic.	Until Session Begins	Fees will be credited if the service is canceled before the session containing the clinic begins. If canceled during session, there is no refund.

No more checks accepted	All payments must be made by cash, credit card, or money order.	After May 16	Any sessions or Convenience Options added after May 12 may not be paid for with a personal check.

Late Fees	Late fees will be charged for accounts that are not paid in full by April 3. Campers from accounts not paid in full will be dropped from our database.	April 5 to May 16	A $10 late fee per week will be added to any accounts not paid in full by the April 4 payment deadline.
Late Fees		After May 16	We reserve the right to drop any accounts not paid in full by May 16 without refund.

Spring Break / Ninth Inning fees	Because of limited availability, fees for Spring Break and Ninth Inning must be paid in full upon registration.	After Nov. 9
